Betty White Slot Machine

EVERYTIME I see The Betty White game, the Progressive Sign ALWAYS says less than $3 away. For example, the Progressive will say something like,'Minor Progressive must hit by $50 and it says, something like it is at $47.50 now' and ISN'T flashing. I find the fact that ALL the Betty White games always say less than $3 away from Minor AND AREN'T FLASHING odd as hell. For example, there was another game that had a Progressive and was sitting at $48, and had to be hit by $50. This game was brightly flashing like crazy! That made it seem very legitimate. The BW game not flashing when it is dangerously close to hitting seems very odd and the fact that they ALL say they are dangerously close to hitting very odd too. Is the Betty White Progressive a Scam?
